- Tournament entry fees if the tournament has not yet begun
Conditions for Refund

- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or properly using the purchased content, despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts
- Erroneous purchases (such as accidental duplicate purchases)
- Significant discrepancy between service description and actual service provided
- Unsatisfactory quality of purchased content that substantially impairs its value
Non-Refundable Purchases
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription plans after the initial 14-day period
- Premium puzzle packs where more than 25% of content has been accessed
- Educational packages where more than 10% of content has been accessed
- Tournament entry fees once the tournament has begun
- Virtual goods, digital content, or in-game currency that has been consumed, used, or redeemed
- Purchases made using promotional codes, gift cards, or store credits
Refund Process

- Locate the purchase you wish to refund and click "Request Refund"
